I-Documents to be prepared by the applicant

  1. Application form (Get it from Wospro Japan after make decision) 
  2. Certificate which justify your current occupation (letter of employment or letter of school Application).
  3. Diploma or certificate of graduation from the last school attended
  4. Transcript from the last school attended
  5. Photos (4 x 5 cm) x10
  6. Copy of the passport and stamped pages if you've ever been to Japan
  7. Birth Certificate or any other official paper which shows the relationship with the guarantor

II-Documents to be prepared by the guarantor (your parents or close relative)

A-In case the guarantor doesn’t live in Japan
  1. Financial commitment statement ((Get it from Wospro Japan after make decision)) 
  2. Certificate of employment
  3. ICertificate of Annual Income
  4. Bank balance certificate
  5. Document certifies relationship with the applicant (birth certificate etc.)

B-In case the guarantor lives in Japan
  1. Financial commitment statement (Get it from Wospro Japan after make decision)) 
  2. Certificate of employment
  3. Document which certifies the annual income (Kazei shoumeisho)
  4. Bank balance certificate
  5. The voting poll (Juminhyou) with all family member’s names included or certificate of Alien Registration
  6. Certificate of the seal impression
  7. Document certifies relationship with the applicant (birth certificate etc.)

    STEP 0
       ◆ Download and print the Wospro Japan questionnaire and fill in before sending back via email to info@wospro.com
◆ Wospro Japan will judge if your profil match with requirements to study in Japan and get back to you.
◆ Signature of Wospro Japan agreement between the applicant, the guarantor and Wospro Japan
   
 

    STEP I
       ◆ Opening process to Wospro Japan (or the office of representation) at $ 450 nonrefundable.
◆ Payment of the Japanese 200 hours online learning fee which is $ 350, applicants are not required to register for the WA e-learning Japanese program.
   
 

    STEP II
      
◆ Examination of the file by Wospro and Assistance in the constitution of the file, rectification, for decision ... and finalization
   
 


    STEP III
      
◆ Transfer of charges listed above in the account of Penta Corpo Co.LTD (parent company) or in the account of Wospro Academy SA in Senegal.
◆ Treatment of applicant documents
   
 


    STEP IV
      
◆ Submit all files to the school

◆ Publication of results by the Ministry of Justice
◆ Announcements of the results
◆ Sending certificates scans and invoice by email

       ◆ Transfer process of tuition fees, accommodation and fees Wospro Japan by bank transfer.
